By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and Availability

We sell women's comfort footwear. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in color may occur depending on your screen.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where required. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your card statement will show the descriptor KOLVIA. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if an error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding or cancel and refund the order.

4. Orders

An order confirmation email means we have received your order, not that it has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we ship your items. You may request changes or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing info@kolviafashion.com; after that, the order may already be in processing.
