How to Measure Your Foot
- Place a sheet of paper on a hard floor against a wall.
- Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe and measure the distance from the wall to the mark.
- Measure both feet and use the larger measurement.
- Match your measurement to the foot length in the chart above.
Fit Tips
- Measure your feet in the afternoon — feet naturally expand during the day.
- If you plan to wear thicker socks or insoles, consider going half a size up.
- Our arch-support styles have a slightly structured fit; if you have wide feet, size up half a size.
