SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Destination

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including a tracking number.

3. Delivery Time

Standard shipping: 7–12 business days after dispatch. During high-demand periods, delivery may take slightly longer.

4. Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping on all US orders.

5. Order Tracking

Track your order anytime using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or on our Track Your Order page.

6. Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will receive tracking for each shipment. You will never pay extra for split shipments.

7. Delays and Issues

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at info@kolviafashion.com and we will investigate with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

8. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of ordering. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will always do our best to help.
