RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Kolvia shoes. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order.

1. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn (indoor try-on only), in their original condition and packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items that are worn outdoors, damaged by use, or missing packaging may not be accepted.

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@kolviafashion.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not ship items back without contacting us first — returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.
  3. Ship the item back using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Wrong, defective, or damaged item: we cover the return cost or issue a refund/replacement without requiring a return, at our discretion.
  • Change of mind or wrong size ordered: return shipping is paid by the customer.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs
